24-Hours
of Peace

January 1, 2003

Start today to making 2003 the best year ever

The year 2003 is fast approaching! It promises to be one of the most exciting years in history. As our planet rapidly evolves into the next age, peace, brotherhood and humanity are issues of primary importance. The different approaches to finding personal peace and enlightenment are as varied as the many cultures and interest groups they serve. Yet, all can agree that for the earth to survive and flourish, we must find peaceful ways to coexist and overcome our challenges. Can there be a goal of greater importance? Is there any issue more deserving of our focused attention?

Though many speak of impending earth changes, our mother earth shall not forsake us. She will always nourish and care for those with love in their hearts. As we move through these evolutionary times, it is of primary importance to keep our thought patterns and emotions calm and peaceful. Always look for the enlivening magic in every situation, for it is this cosmic force that will nourish and protect us in all situations.

Through coordinated and focused thought and prayer, we can help harmonize and elevate global consciousness and create the world of our dreams. The power of meditation and concentration cannot be overstated. The energy generated when many come together in thought for a common, beneficial goal can far outweigh any negative influences in our mist.

The Internet offers the only practical means to coordinate global thought and prayer. Certainly television and radio pale in comparison to the reach of the World Wide Web. Spanning all continents, the Web provides the connection for all those wishing to move the world forward to the new millennium of peace and harmony.

24-Hours of Peace

The 24-Hours of Peace project offers an excellent means for all to participate. 24-Hours of Peace requires no contribution, protest, march or other outward activity. No speeches have to be presented. No airtime must be purchased. No exhibition must be produced. Only quiet, reverent reflection and the conscious sharing of inner peace is necessary. We can make a remarkable difference by simply being centered and experiencing peace.

To continuously bathe the planet with peaceful and loving thought for a 24-hour period, January 1st, 2000 has been divided into "group time segments". The groups listed below have requested a time segment in which to participate. If you have an affiliation with one of these groups, please meditate, pray, concentrate, sing, chant, dance or use whatever approach with which you are most comfortable during the time segment selected. If you cannot find a group time segment connection, choose one of the "earth segments" that coincides with your physical location. If the allocated time is inconvenient for you, simply choose one which is. Spend as much time blessing the planet as you can; from 10 minutes to several hours. Let your heart be your guide.

But, don't wait until the new year to begin. Take time each day to experience and share personal peace. Just a few moments of daily quiet reverance can provide a much improved life experince. Bless you all!

If you have comments of thoughts to share, please list them in the Guest Book
